End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and load. ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the load. mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of license

You may use the App for personal tracking and informational purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful purposes

This license does not transfer ownership of the App.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features require a paid subscription ("loadedUP").

Payments are processed through your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings

All billing is handled by Apple. We do not directly process payments.

4. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

The data you enter into the App
Your use of any tracking or timing features
Any decisions made based on information in the App

5. No medical or safety advice

The App is provided for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, health, or safety advice. Any timers, logs, or insights are not guarantees of safety, and you should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional guidance. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Data and privacy

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal data on external servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Maintenance and support

We may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide ongoing support or maintain compatibility with all devices or OS versions.

8. Third-party terms

You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the App, including those of Apple.

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by load. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, assets, or design without prior written permission.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data or insights, or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or outcomes resulting from use of the App.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
